And that’s why you need a collar with GPS. I learned my lesson and have already attached this GPS Tracker to both of my beagle’s collars.

First of all, let me tell you that I am totally against using Shock Collar. It’s just inhumane. But this collar doesn’t shock your dog but just vibrates, which irritates the dog, and in this way, you can teach him things he is not supposed to do.
